Social Platform gives it support to three campaigns:

1) The European Quality Charter on Internships and Apprenticeships presented by the European Youth Forum: a set of basic quality principles to ensure that internships and apprenticeships become a valuable and quality experience across Europe and beyond (Qualityinternships.eu)

2) Assessment of the public procurement directive made by the Network for sustainable development in public procurement: the Network, composed of trade unions, environmental and social NGOs, and fair trade organisations, has recently issued an assessment of the draft directive on public procurement and suggests improvements to it (French version is also enclosed).

3) Public Services Unions campaign for water as a human right: they invite the European Commission to propose legislation that implements the human right to water and sanitation as recognised by the United Nations, and promotes the provision of water and sanitation as essential public services for all.
