The European Youth Forum (YFJ) toghether with the 2011 Alliance members and a wide-range of partners, stakeholders and volunteers, finalised and launched the Charter on the Rights and Responsibilities of Volunteers, serving as an appeal to local, national and European authorities to design and update policies relating to volunteering, and giving guidance on the rights and responsibilities that volunteers and volunteer providers should undertake.
