The Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants (PICUM), the European Network Against Racism (ENAR), JRS, AEDH and EMHRN sent a joint letter to the Civil Liberties committee of the European Parliament to raise their concerns over a new legislative proposalfor a European border surveillance system (EUROSUR).
