The Finnish Presidency will run from July - December 2006.

In this context, the Informal meeting of Ministers of Employment, SocialPolicy and Health will take place on 6-8 July 2006 in Helsinki. The Social Platform has been invited to send a delegation to meet with the 'Troika' of Presidency Council in advance of the Helsinki Informal council taking place on 6 July. The meeting will focus on employment, globalisation, demographic change and productivity.
A Discussion paper for the Informal Council meeting has been prepared by the Finnish Presidency.
