European Anti-Poverty Network: EAPN expresses its sympathy with victims of horrific violence
The European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN) and its members are horrified by the recent attacks in Paris and the day before in Beirut against innocent civilians. These are horrible tragedies in a world where too many needless tragedies bring the most awful pain to people and diminish our humanity. EAPN expresses its sympathy and condolences to all those who, from 18 countries, have lost family and loved ones in these horrendous incidents. Doing our best to contribute to the struggle to end poverty and inequality is one of the responses we must make in the face of such tragedies. EAPN also expresses its support to its members in France and to the whole French people.
