Mental Health Europe (MHE) is proud to present our new animated video on Article 19 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD) on independent living and community inclusion.
Article 19 recognises that every person with a disability, including people with a psychosocial disability, has the right to live independently and be included in the community.
