Eurodiaconia: Improving the labour market inclusion of migrants & refugees

3 February, 12:00-14:00 | Eurodiaconia Offices (Big Meeting Room), Rue Joseph II 166, Brussels B-1000, Belgium

Eurodiaconia is pleased to invite you to a lunchtime discussion dedicated to fostering the labour market inclusion of migrants and refugees through multi-stakeholder approaches. Eurodiaconia is a network of 51 organisations in 31 countries providing social services and working for social justice. As part of their commitment to fair and inclusive economies, its members support the labour market inclusion of migrants and refugees and constitute an important bridge between migrants, employment services as well as employers and unions.

In the context of the new European Commission and Parliament, this event will discuss the need for scaling up EU initiatives regarding the labour market inclusion of migrants and refugees. Participants will reflect on how previous measures have succeeded and explore the potential of new partnerships between civil society, the business sector and trade unions.
