How can current border management and detention policies and practise be amended to respect the needs and rights of all migrants? How can we ensure legal labour migration that guarantee protection against abuse and exploitation? How to guarantee an effective right to asylum in the EU? How to tackle the different aspects of smuggling and trafficking in human beings?
