Mental Health Europe (MHE) is delighted to present its new video on recovery from mental health problems!
What is recovery? How to define it? Is there a specific definition of recovery?
For the past few months, MHE has met and discussed with mental health professionals as well as users/ex-users of mental health services about the notion of recovery from mental health problems. MHE is very grateful for their answers since the main objective of this video is to raise awareness of the possibility of recovery from mental health problems. MHE believes in the possibility of recovery for all, and it hopes this video will show that there are many perspectives to recovery and that it remains a unique and personal journey.
